Core Task

Develop and implement the “Pathways to Power” initiative—a 12-month empowerment program serving 100 at-risk girls and young women ages 12–25. This task includes designing a trauma-informed curriculum, recruiting mentors, partnering with schools and shelters, and launching both in-person and virtual components. The program must track measurable outcomes in education, mental wellness, leadership development, and self-sufficiency, while building the foundation for long-term replication and statewide expansion.

Inclusion Statement

At Women With Vizionz, inclusion is our foundation—not an afterthought. We serve all girls and young women, especially those marginalized by race, poverty, gender identity, foster care, or trauma. Our programs are culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and community-led. We ensure every voice is heard, every story is valued, and every young woman is empowered to rise—not despite who she is, but because of it.

Why Us

At Women With Vizionz, we don’t just create programs—we build lifelines. In a world where underserved girls and young women are too often overlooked, under-resourced, or written off, we step in as architects of restoration, resilience, and radical transformation.

Our organization is built on lived experience, professional expertise, and unapologetic compassion. We understand the complexity of trauma, the weight of generational cycles, and the barriers that poverty, abuse, and marginalization place in front of a young woman’s future. That’s why our approach is holistic, intersectional, and rooted in community trust—not charity, but empowerment.

We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We offer trauma-informed support, culturally relevant mentorship, safe spaces to heal, and powerful platforms to rise. From first-generation students and single teen mothers to young women aging out of foster care or surviving abuse, we walk with them—equipping them to rewrite their stories on their own terms.

We are the bridge between potential and power.
We don’t just see them—we see through to what they can become.
And we won’t stop until every girl with a vision has the tools, the tribe, and the truth she needs to bring it to life.
